Hooray! It's been heck trying to get the university to recognize me as an independent student, but they finally caved since I have a baby on the way. According to law, you're considered dependent until you're 25 unless you're married or have a child. Well, my parents live in a different state, I own my own home, own my own business...however, few people know this but I'm 22 (yeah, I know) and not married and have no children!

So...Nothing went her way. When they got there it turned out they weren't even on the docket for today for some reason. They sat down to explain to the docket guy why they were there so that he could either put them on the docket or schedule them to come back another day. BF's's lawyer explained that there was no change in his income and if anything it had gone down because of gas prices and that we're going to have a baby soon. She said that her income had gone down significantly and that's why she filed the petition to modify.

Apparently someone has put a lien on her accounts because she hasn't made any payments. She claims that it is marital debt but won't say who it is or what it was for. All of this debt is in her name - BF has no access to any of the accounts and can't even call to request information because his name was NEVER on any of these accounts. He has already paid off everything that was in his name during their marriage.

So...we got Rock Band for PS3 last weekend, and SS loves it. He goes on and on to BM about how great it is and how we all play together. She thinks it's awesome apparently. BM and BF have come up with this idea to record SS playing the songs of his favorite band on the game so they can send it to the band and the fan club and stuff. I asked BF, did you ask her about the videotapes from Disney in January that BM was supposed to copy for us and never did? He said that she'd be dropping off all of the equipment so that we could do that ourselves since she didn't have the time.
