Boyscout update
I have posted the bad so it's time to post the good. SS had a boy scout award ceremony yesterday and we all went. Dhs dad (stepdad), his momma and bm came to. Dhs dad came in full uniform. That was ummmmmm funny!! SS got 2 merit badges that he earned and he was really beaming. Dh tried to get pictures but bm kept getting in the way and he had to settle for pictures afterwards. I was ticked but let it go that bm, fil and mil all took a picture with ss together. Whatever. She is doing everything she can to get in good with them. Mil gushed and gushed over bm and the edible arrangement she sent. Thanking her 100 times or more. I guess the dinner we took her to didn't balance well with her diet like the fruit cut into shapes did.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. BM didn't have the money for a shirt for her kid and caused all sorts of drama with your DH and his Stepdad but, she has money to buy them an edible arrangement. Sounds to me like she is just kissing ass to MIL and Stepdad and trying to make her ex look bad. What a loser. I mean I get stuff comes up and her water heater broke correct but, to me I think she is a snake in the grass all the way!!!

Meh, so they took a photo and BM supplied a fruit arrangement. Sounds like a nice evening and nothing inappropriate.
I'm glad the child is enjoying scouts. Hopefully your girls will also enjoy their new chosen activities.
If Dad can't manage to step around BM during award hand-out, don't blame BM. She has as much right to be standing there taking photos as your DH. He'll just have to practice squeezing himself up in there as when things like 8th grade graduation comes, he'll be fighting for spots with many parents snapping photos and video tapping.
