question regarding taking kids out of state?

Does BM #2 have to let us know if she plans on taking SS3 out of state? Since it will be one what is suppose to be OUR weekend...... I mean we already know she will find an excuse to not get him to us but I'm curious to know if she has to let us know if they are leaving the state?

Is there anything in the court order about it? If not, I don't believe she has to.

If it's on your weekend, I'd just tell her it's your weekend & that you expect to have him.

Well if it is dhs weekend per a court order and he didn't agree to switch weekends then she is already in contempt of court, weather she is going out of state or not.
