FLEA BM CONTINUES
Well she called my DH today asking him if he sent the deal to his lawyer, DH said no that he was going to see his lawyer tom. and would talk about it then, she said oh and I see that you are trying to pin the whole flea thing on me, what the f#ck is she talking about pin it on you? It is you, he had no bites and then comes back with 18????? Whose house had fleas???? She also started yelling at him when DH told her that son has insurance now that we are married, she wanted to know why she did not get an insurance card? Little did she know I ordered her one, because I am not a bitch, she told DH that she thinks they should only get the major dental work done that son needs and skip the rest, she said no reason to pay dental for that, the teeth will fall out in 4 years anyway, can we medical neglect, what is wrong with this women?? My SS is 4 he has 8 cavities and needs 2 root canals and 2 caps, dentist dont just do this for no reason, I cant believe she would not want to help her son out now, she would rather let him be in pain and wait for his baby teeth to fall out, I can not believe her this is a new low even for her. Back to the fleas, her lawyer called her and told her about the pictures we sent DHs lawyer and his lawyer sent them to her lawyer and now today she is calling about a deal, I think she is nervous and should be, she does not deserve to be a mom no mom would only fix big medical problems a mom would fix all problems that would and could hurt her child. I pray we win, she is a wack job and I cant believe she says some of this shit out loud.

Medical....
Both biological parents have the right to have a copy of the medical card. No matter who cares the insurance or who pays for it. Its not your fault it has not come in the mail yet!! She may bring this up in court, saying she can't take him to the doctor or dentist because she has no card. I would get a copy from the insurance company saying when you requested the card--when the insurance started. BM is responsible for paying half of all medical fees and expenses. (At least in my state)
Teeth are a big issue. It is extemely painful for the children, she should not be making him suffer. I would bring it up in court....she is only worried about her pocket book, which is why she want her son around.
Teeth are a big deal.
My BS9 had 13 cavities by the time he was three. (Bad enamel) He has eight crowns and an extracted molar that was abscessed. He has cost me over $3,000 in dental work. If you don't get the baby teeth fixed, the cavities can become abscessed and actually begin affecting the permanent teeth. Not only that like SM#1 stated, it really is quite painful and he won't lose those teeth for a long time.
Poor little buddy.
