HEY READ ME GOOD NEWS ABOUT COURT
Well as you may know we have been fighting it out in court for 2 years. Well it was all over today and I do not know the decision we should know by next Friday, but the law guardian did say in his closing that if this was his decision then Dad would get full custody, this is great news!!!! I am the step mom for those who do not know so Dad is my amazing DH!!! I will let you know, the BM is the flea bite mom so lets hope we win.

The judge
I remember going to court and bm kept nitpicking everything at our house but the judge seen right through her and told her in front of everyone to get a grip and move on with her life it was hilarious.Judges can pick those things out.I am very happy for you and good luck!!!
I love it when the Judge(s) chastise BioDad!
We have usually gotten most of what we were looking for when we have gone to court over my SS's Custody/Visitation/Support order.
Even though we get what we want the whole experience is far from satisfying with one notable exception. At the end both of the Judges we have had have spent about 20mins railing on BioDad about how big of a moron he is and how he needs to grow up and learn to be an adult and a parent.
I love that part. It is almost worth the several thousand dollar price of admission each trip to court ends up costing us in legal and travel fees.
I think one very telling thing that BioDad and his attorney do is at the beginning of each trial they move to exclude witnesses and observers. BioDad does not want anyone in his family to learn what a dip-shit he is and for sure does not want his Mommy to learn what he is really doing while she raises his four out of wedlock spawn. To me this is just more proof positive of his lack of character. My wife nor I would have a problem if our families where in the court room for the entire proceeding. We have nothing to hide and if we did we would have no problem taking our medicine for it.
I would love to be in the court room for the entire drama filled day instead of stuck in a witness holding room. I do however listen to every second of the recordings of the proceedings that are kept in lieu of the court employing a court reporter. I get to hear every asinine statement he makes but I would much rather see it live so that I could watch him squirm.
As you point out, it is refreshing when the Judge can see through the bullshit and nails the idiots on it. If only the Judge(s) would go farther than just chastising the idiots .......... I would be good with retroactive abortion applied to the idiot BioDad, including his parents income in the CS calculation for my SS (since they raise and bear all of the cost of raising his other three out of wedlock spawn), forcing him to work full time and accounting for all of his income (he is a plumber and does a lot of work for cash that does not show up on his W-2) and forcing him to grow up and put his kids first instead of spending every spare cent he has on his low-rider and those stupid fantasy card games. And this guy is nearly 40 years old.
Heck, what I really want would be for the Judge to sentence him to regular time in the stock and pillory in the middle of city park so passers by could throw barnyard waste at the moron all day. That would be justice! I would pay just about anything to see that.

BM was there and my DH said she started crying, very hard. She is acting very wierd now, she is not saying anything, she is not on her myspace, she used to be on it everyday. I think she is just waiting for the resutls if she wins she will be a big bitch and we will never see SS and if we win she will claim we lied the whole way through court. But I dont know if she will be nice if we have full custody or freak and try to kill me???
