I decided to take SS4 lunch at school as I don't go into work until later and my mom sent him an advent calendar but SO doesn't come home until the 17th so I wanted him to be behind. It turned out to be a heart warming experience.

I was sitting there waiting for his class to come up to the cafeteria and a kid points at me and says "Are you here for SS" and I was like yea and another kid went "SS someone is here for you" and another asked if I was there for him and he was only half paying attention and looked up and his face lit up as he did. This gave me the impression he had told his friends I was bringing him lunch. It truly made me feel like SS loves me mind you he says it when his dad is around but I never expected to feel that warm today and when I left he gave me a hug and told me he loved me.

He also talked about missing his daddy and I showed him a picture his dad sent me the other night...and he was asking to see the calendar on my phone to see when he would be coming back to our house...like I said it just was a very heart warming lunch.
