Sick of step kids getting to be mean to bio kid!

As if hubby didn't get the point when my SS8 grabbed my 2 year old by the head to move him out of his way to get a marker ... Today the 2 year old hit the SS so the ss but him back .. Yes the 2 year old has to learn to not hit but how can he when his brother gets to be mean to him & it's ok? Not one darn thing was said except why are you hitting him? And look at me like I'm ridiculous bc I'm causing a fuss over an 8 year old retaliating on a 2 year old . He even admitted he hit him ... When is enough enough?

I'm the one that is responsible for getting them back to BM today bc daddy has to work

I remember when my son was 5, my nephew was 10. BS hit nephew, nephew slapped him hard across the face. BS got a time-out... Nephew got a spanking and grounded. Why the difference??? The age.
Now your talking a two year old?? Hell NO!!!
Tell your husband either he does something to stop it for good or you will and he will not like how you handle it.

He doesn't listen ... I've said all these I'll handle it myself and don't care if you like how I do it or not and it falls on dead ears. I can't actually spank the kid bc BM would have me locked up in a split second. Time out doesn't work bc daddy keys him out in 2 min and just says tell them you are sorry. I just say I don't want to hear I'm sorry bc it means nothing. Hubby & BM are going back to court again over custody so he is all about not upsetting the kids so they don't run to their therapist and say I don't like my daddy.

We just watched SS turn the temp all the way up on the hot tub and I said don't turn that up .. Stop leave it alone .. DH said don't do that and he continued doing it .. He said I didn't it was already turned up & DH said u r a liar .. U said don't lie especially when ppl are watching you .. He said I didn't .. Hubby said ur a liar I said listen if u can't tell the truth u need to get out and go sit over there .. DH rolled his eyes ... I said roll your eyes all u want but something has got to change
