BM has kept SS from DH for a month/ no phone contact as well..

& called the police on him last time on his scheduled visit just to be an idiot.

She texted him last night saying that he could come there and they could draw up papers, and that if he would pay for daycare "etc" that she would get his child support lowered. Umm what?!

Well we're going to the lawyer Friday to sign the affidavit to start the proceedings for full/regular custody and visitation she is slightly aware of this, but I believe she thinks he's bluffing- $2100 says we're not..

OK SO CRAZY BM SUPPOSEDLY JUST TAKES OFF AND GOES TO ALABAMA?

Leaves the 15 year old alone from Wednesday- Monday
Drops the 10 year old off Wedneday with his father.
We have no idea where 4 year old SS has been dropped off.

Supposedly she told the baby daddy of the 10 year old that she would need to drop him off early Wednesday [normally they get him Friday] because she's going to a funeral in Alabama-

DH texted her several times to ask for his 4 year old to call him to no avail, he never rec'd a call or text back.

CBM called cops on DH last night!!!

So DH gets SS every other weekend until we go to court to get a visitation and joint/full custody order. He talks to SS every day when allowed to and had done so this week up until Friday

He as usual texted CBM and let her know he would be there to get SS by 7p.m.

Why when DH showed up last night and knocked on the door did she call 911- He could hear the dispatch on the other line, she said, he is stalking and harassing me, my children are scared, he has no court order and is trying to kidnap my son!

What does DH do if BM's phone gets cut off every other month

DH hasn't talked to the SS in about a week, BM's phone got cut off which is nothing unusual, it's happened about 8 times in the past year. She doesn't have a house phone and is very controlling about the phone calls, she always has DH on speaker phone whether DH calls or she calls for the child and she will often hang up on DH saying SS is sleeping or in the shower when we know it's probably not true, we will be going to court for at least joint or full custody in about a month, doesn't BM have to keep an open line of communication???

No matter what the age: way of shhmmoozing DH/BF/SO for instance sitting in between you and DH/BF/SO on the couch or using this sugary sweet, fake a** baby voice DAAAAADDDDYYYY!!! The SS is 4.5 yrs, and has very limited verbal skills, but is very good at how shall I say "c*ck blockin'" every chance he gets.. It may be a little jealousy on his part and I will have to admit on my part too.. DH picks him up hugs him and says, "come on now, you know you're my #1" and I just can't help but cringe- is it just the spoiled brat in me? I guess I just don't like to share sometimes..

If you opened your email and it was still signed in under your husband and saw a sent email sent to a stranger that said

"You have one intoxicating smile, take care"

Would you be pissed or not??? Am I overreacting???!!!

It's our weekend with SS- He is 4.5 yrs. old but acts like and has verbal skills of a 2 year old. We will have him Fri-Sun. He wakes up about 4 times a night yelling for "Daddy"[loudly] and DH always gets up in the wee hours of the morning and goes and lays with him, this happens about 3 times at least Friday and Sat. night. How should he be handling this? Just as he has been by going to lay down with SS or???
