SD has an attitude. SD is sneaky and manipulative. SD is a liar. SD is a poor sport. SD is an annoying human being. SD is loud. SD is an attention seeker.

So, my 8 year old SD, who JUST turned 8, came home from an extended visit at BM's house with a CELLPHONE. BM and BM's mom got her a cellphone for texting and calling. Wtf? An 8year old with a cell phone?

To make it more awkward, BM has not called for her daughter in almost a year and BM's mother has called only a hand full of times..and she always calls my husbands phone and he ALWAYS lets them speak. Why would they get a phone for her??

To make it even funnier, they programmed everyone's number except for mine..an obvious attempt to piss me off.

First, my question-- how do you alter child support when the person gets a job as a server or bar tender or any other tip based type of wage? BM went from unemployed (we get the bare min. CS) to working in a restaurant and I am curious how it will work when we alter the CS.

NOW..my real reason to type and vent..

This is my worst fear..and it's legitimate.

My husband had an affair with a married woman when he was in his very early 20's. She was in her late 30s and married with children. During their break up she claimed that she was pregnant. This was later proven to be true when he ran into her in public with her baby son and husband and family. This was 5 or 6 years ago.
