Messed up thought..
Only had this thought in passing but I have to get it out by writing it out.
I had a moment where I realized that I married a man with a kid and that choice will affect life forever. Not a big deal, but we have a 15month old baby girl together and are expecting our 2nd, a baby boy any day now. In my perfect world I wouldn't have married a man with a kid who is now 8 and we would have our 2 beautiful children and go through life together. My frustration came when I realized that the baby car seats will not fit into the 2 cars that we have and also allow the 8yr old step kid to fit too. Until we get a new car, which will not be ANY TIME soon at all, we will have to take separate cars if we ever want to all go do something..even if it's something as simple as going shopping. So annoying..so frustrating, yet, I can't dwell on that or think to myself, "If only she didn't live with us..."
I am really not a bad person..I just have bad thoughts.

What vehicles do you have?
What vehicles do you have?
No doubt a man without kids is better, but I refuse to not live my life the way I want because he didnt know how to wrap it up in the past.
I'm still set on having my 2 kids, SD better fit in the middle seat!
We have a ford focus and a VW
We have a ford focus and a VW beetle. THe beetle will be the first to go, but it's not in great condition.
Lawdy, how big is this chile
Lawdy, how big is this chile that she caint fit in between them carseats?
Hahaha! That was my first
Hahaha! That was my first thought, but I wasn't going to say it! When DH and I first got together we had to take 2 cars everywhere too. We both have two kids from previous marriages. It was a pain, but a year later we got a car that fit us all. It'll work out. Just gotta be patient till then
Haha, nice to know I'm not
Haha, nice to know I'm not alone in my thought.
Also..the thought of having to take separate cars during family outings really irks me. Seems like such a huge hassle and just really annoying. Not how I imagined life with my husband and our children!
Lol...SD is very large for
Lol...SD is very large for her age, and I mean tall and curvy(not fat at all but you can tell when puberty hits shes gonna put on weight.) She is the size and shape of an 11 year old at least. Her BM is easily over 6ft.
To be fair, I didn't actually put in the 2nd carseat, its just sitting next to the other one in the back seat because I had to take it somewhere...and that is without the base and it already looks like there is only maybe a foot and some change between the 2! I guess SD will just have to squeeze in there..!
I used to have a VW beetle
I used to have a VW beetle and my 3 didn't fit either...it went away for a mini van. And mine were babies and a 3 year old.
One of my most petty
One of my most petty thoughts, is "we would get better gas mileage if we didn't have to haul her butt around..." but my SD hums while sitting in the back seat and she glares at me through the side mirror.
We have a focus, we can fit 2
We have a focus, we can fit 2 car seats with skid in the middle. It may not be the most comfortable for SD, but she'll survive.
