Wondering what this week will be like..... DH filed a contempt case against BM for her continued alienation of his relationship with his daughter...... Of course she claims he is just starting shit - her words exactly - and not her actions that have anything to do with it.

SD is here for three weeks this month (June) and two weeks in (July).......

So today on father's day - she decides to call sd at 942pm to let her speak to her "uncle" that SD has no clue of.

How do you call your kid on father's day - while she is with her biological dad - and let your boyfriend (who you just met - since sd has no clue who he is) ??????????? Just priceless...... I guess that is just one of her ploys to attempt to get my DH upset.

Now it will get very interesting dealing with BM. Court date is 12 July for the Contempt Hearing against BM.

She has taking 7 of DH's court ordered visits, has not provided medical card information, has not provided doctor, school or activity information, has interfered with his court ordered daily telephone call on a regular basis since the last Court Date Sept 09.

She is in direct violation of the new court order stating for her to stop alienating DH and SD and in violation of the memorandum of agreement stating she would agree to stop doing it signed in court.

Has anyone else done this.....?

BM has taken visitation from DH on 5 seperate occasions so far, makes it hard for DH to speak with his daughter or will not answer the phone like the court order states, does not share any information like the court order states, and does not send all of the medications either..... So it has been sent to the lawyer to file.

Court date and case should be finalized any day now.... we are waiting on her to be served and the date set.
