BM could not even wait until 1 Jan to act an ass......
DH gets a call from the Division of Child Support Enforcement - and BM wants to have another review done to attempt in raising the child support.
She tried this earlier last month with supposed medical expenses.... DH sent CSE the court orders (all three 2004, 2008 & 2009) which state BM has 60 days to hand over receipts and then 60 to get payment.
Well that took care of that.
Now CS worker says BM called her on 31 Dec yelling and screaming she is now due an increase.... and wants to press forward.
Dispite alll..... the xmas visit is turning out great!!!!!
No matter how much BM is trying to make SD hate my guts.... it is not working. SD came in the house for her visit this year (26 Dec - 3 Jan) and gave me a big ole hug...... told me "Merry Xmas Ima" it just felt great.....
Then last night before bed time - after sitting under the blanket with me watching the Wizard of Oz - she leaned over and gave me a hug. I was surprised. But it felt good to know that even though her mom is lying on me every chance she gets...... SD is not believing her.
What the hell is wrong with BM?
Well, DH was to have visitation this weekend with SD. Of course BM has decided that she does not want to drive again to meet DH as the court order states.... and withholds this weekend. Claiming he gets her the day after christmas.
The court order states 1st, 3rd, and 5th weekends of the month. This year he gets the 26th of December until 3 January. So she starts with claiming a weather advisory was issued for our area and hers...... Which was a lie... it was issued for 3 hours north of us.

Oh boy!!!! What will be her next course of action??????
Well, it is the holiday season and things are brewing to get really ugly I am thinking.....
We have been having an extreme blast with SD over the past few weeks..... Thanksgiving was wonderful - and we put up the christmas tree together as a family (DH, SD, ME, BD, Sister and her kids) played music had pizza and ice cream. It was wonderful!
In light of all the other "blogs" on the site pointing fingers......
I just want to send some love to all of the SMs and BMs on this site who feel slighted, hurt, misunderstood, and are really trying their best to deal with situations that can bring out the worst in any person.
I understand how it feels to be caught in the middle of the "battle" and constantly take shots from all involved and not feel supported at times.
BM taking DH back to court again........ Now child support
Well just a little background..... BM has taking DH to court for child support 7 times over the last 3 years for more child support....
AND a couple times over custody and visitation.... She has basically lost each case she has filed or they have been dismissed. DH has been awarded more time (each time they went to court - he filed 2 times in the past 6 years) and agreed to pay the higher amount of child support when the judge noted a decrease
Oh no she didn't tell SD that..........
So we had SD for thanksgiving this year and it was absolutely wonderful. Before SD came we had a call into our lawyer to tell BM's lawyer we expected all medications that are prescribed to SD to show up (last visit they didn't).
Well all the meds came, she even sent clothing that fit this time. .... (we just let SD wear what we had purchased for her though.) BM didn't call and upset SD this weekend.

BM at it again..... DH had to talk with her this time!!!!
DH's sister picked up SD at the court ordered pickup location this Friday as SD would be at a kid party until we got her later that evening.
WELL - BM sent SD without a coat - it was 44 degrees here on Friday evening, without socks, without her asthma medication, and with clothing sizes 5 - 6 and no pj's at all... she wears a 7/8................
I am so dang glad I had gone out 2 weeks ago and purchased her a wardrobe of clothing for our house... Sister N Law picked up the bag from BM...where as we were going to just let BM take it back home.
Thanksgiving might be pleasant this year....... Fingers Crossed and Legs Crossed!!!!!
This is the first year DH will be able to spend Thanksgiving (4 days) with his daughter. Thanks to the new court order received in Sept of this year. Lawyer is now pushing it to be signed since BM's lawyer kinda just sat on it for over a month now. (BM was not really happy with the rulings that gave specific consequences for her actions and gave DH even more time)
AM I WRONG??????? Would this be perceived as being nasty or rude.....?
BM continually sends to small clothing with SD when she comes on her visits. We purchased a few things last year when this happened but SD has kinda outgrown them. But this weekend and a few others.... Her clothing was so dang tight (jeans) and shirt so short... It was sickening! SD wears a 7/8 and the clothing that came this weekend was a 6. It really pissed me off. They have never been that small any other time - other then once.
