Well I hope the judge sees it your way, I agree how the hell can they compare a few comments to a childs welfare. Not to mention they can not prove the comments were directed at her. Its not like I put her name before the comment and if so please remember this women was arrested for theratening to kill me then again for breaking an order of protection, so what if I put on myspace, sucks to be you, I have what you want. Just to let all of you know those comments truely were not directed to her, if they were they would have been worse!!!
