The things SD13 is saying....
She's just pretty darn amusing these days.
Yesterday we were all having dinner, and she pipes up, "I'm not going to be here this weekend because of X and Y."
DH, "What?"
SD13, "I'm going to be doing X and Y so I'm not coming. BM was supposed to let you know."
DH, "No, she didn't."
(I'm thinking, well, DH, check your email....she probably did...but don't say anything.)
SD13, "I can just be here for two weekends in a row soon. Like for your birthday!" She's referencing me now as my birthday weekend is the last weekend of the month.
Cover, looking at DH directly with fire in her eyes, "No. That cannot happen, we have PLANS."
SD13, "Oh."
DH then, admirably, got on SD13s case about her NOT dictating the shots and when she will be with him. And if she wants to stay to be polite and ask, not demand, a change from both parents.
Clever- I almost just fell
Clever- I almost just fell out of my chair laughing at/with you. Freaking hilarious.
HA - well, BM is not high
HA - well, BM is not high conflict so I've got no worries there at least.

Depends on the parent, lol.
Depends on the parent, lol. DH had me buy a big dictionary and it sits on our kitchen table. When a child who is able to read asks 'what does that mean?' DH points them to the dictionary. And SD11 is now going to be copying pages out of the dictionary when she has fits, since taking away everything she owned didn't work last time.
LOL! My brother was the exact
LOL! My brother was the exact type of smartass who would've done that.
