Voicemail from BM
DH and I planned a fun day for the skids and my bios yesterday. We went to the park in the morning. Then when it started raining, we took them to Chuck E Cheese. When we got home, we made a special dinner. And, then we had ice cream sundaes and watched a movie. Apparently, my DD4 turned the volume on our house phone down when she was talking to her dad, so we didn't hear the phone ring. We were really busy and didn't check the phone yesterday.
This morning, I check the voicemail and hear the following:
"DH and Completely, I have tried calling four times....FOUR TIMES!!! How dare you stop me from talking to my babies? They had better call me as soon as you get this. If not, there is going to be trouble."
The funny thing, not once did she call either of our cell phones.
BM really ticks me off. During her time with the skids, DH has to call multiple times and send emails to get them on the phone. She has talked to them every day that they have been here! I am not going to address it with her. But, I just find it amazing how she thinks she has the right to make demands.

and we would get only a few of these if it wasn't her night to call.
Ours will call the house
Ours will call the house phone ONCE and if it's not answered (because, I don't know, maybe we're not home???) she calls DH's cell IN A PANIC that maybe something awful happened because WE DIDN"T ANSWER THE PHONE!!!
I fucking hate the cow.
And, I should add, this is the woman who's called us countless times from the ER because skid nearly cut off a finger, broke a leg, got stung by bees, etc on her time because there's ZERO supervision or consequences for stupid behavior that leads to injury. He's NEVER ONCE (knock on wood) been hurt on our time because we actually KNOW WHAT HE"S DOING and don't tolerate him doing stupid shit. So I guess she doesn't understand that if he ever DID get hurt we WOULD call her immediately.
Wow I'm surprised there were
Wow I'm surprised there were only 4 calls and no cell phone harassment!!! Back when BM2 was all up DH's ass, holy shit... if he didn't answer his phone, she would rarely leave a VM.. she would just keep calling like every fucking 30 seconds until one of us flipped shit and answered and then she'd get all pissy that DH was being pissy, when she CAUSED the pissy.... GAHAHHGHAH These women!
