Reason BM is sitting in jail

Went the courthouse on New Year's Eve and picked up the citation for BM's arrest. According to the paperwork I was given she had a warrant that was issued on 9/19/14 from her arrest on 8/4/14 (she is being charged with 2 counts of harassment against her sister and BIL) that she was being picked up on. For some reason they felt the need to take her to the ER to be checked out before taking her to the detention center. After the doctor released her the officer went to place handcuffs on her and that's when she pulled away from the officer and threw 3 to 4 punches at his face and then tired to kick a nurse. Once they were able to get the handcuffs on her she was screaming and disturbing the other people in the ER and when they told her to walk outside she refused, so the officers had to pick her up and carry her outside.

Yes she is still sitting in jail and no she has not tired to make contact with us or the kids. Today is day 14 for her to be in there...smh

That's my guess also because I was also informed if anyone comes to bail her out she will have to take weekly drug tests until the grand jury meets in February.

Sounds like she may have picked up another charge or two when she got arrested? Resisting and assault on an officer or attempted assault maybe?

Yes she did, she has 3 more charges: 3rd degree assault on an officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct 2nd degree.

Oh, baby, what a gal. Please tell me your stepkids don't idolize this woman and throw it in your face all the time. Pleeeez.

They do love her and miss her but thankfully they don't throw it in my face at all that I am not their mom. They love me and their dad and know we are only do what we feel is best for them. They are good kids and have only gotten better since we obtain custody back in March. They now have a fighting chance at a good life, education and stable home.
