So last week I posted about how I kinda taught SD a lesson about lying by saying I ordered her ice cream but they didn't put it in the bag and when we went back they were closed (hence she didn't get any). Fast forward to today, and SD walks in the house after dinner with a big ice cream cone and says "Hiiiiiiiiii" to everyone as she is licking it and walking through the house. I said...hey where did you get that..she said the ice cream truck was outside...I said, I must have missed when you came in and asked if anyone else would have liked ice cream (kidding around of course because I know she didn't) and she says "Oh..you didn't hear me? I was at the front of the house the whole time, she never came in. I opened the door to see the ice cream man pulling away...close the door and she has this big shit eating grin on looking at me while she's eating her ice cream. Gotta say she definitely planned this one out well...give her a lot of credit for it...and it was almost perfect...until my 5 year old walked up to her and said can I have some...she yelled no and swung the cone away which led to the ice cream flying off the cone and hitting the floor...my 5 yo laughed and said...see God punished you for being mean! SD was really upset because well you just can't pick ice cream up off the floor and eat it and I am proud of myself that I didn't laugh when 5yo said what she said...but somehow I feel justice was served...soft serve that is lmao
