I am 29 years old and have a son of my own now. My parents are divorced and both are remarried. When I was still a minor and had visitation I was not a big fan of my father. But over the years I have realized that I probably was hard to get along with myself. Though I will NEVER have the relationship I have with my mom these past few years I have kinda forgave how my father acted and have started seeing my father more and more. Especially since I do have his grandson!

This really has nothing to do with stepkids, but I am needing some advise from the mothers out there.

My 6 month old is staying with a baby sitter and has been since he was about three months old. There is a 3 year old there on Monday and Wed, a 1 year old full time, and in Feburary another 3 month old full time. SO, she basially has three kids full time. My some lover her and she is really good with the kids. The only bad thing is that she has a daughter in school and sometimes you dont konw when she will call and say her she cant keep my baby due to sickness.

I AM SO EXCITED.....we my be moving out of the same town his ex family lives in.!

Ok so heres the famous words....If I had know then What I know now then things would have been different.

So, basically, I am married to my husand and his ex-family. They talk ALL the time.. THe ex-gramdnother always comes over to my house and brings pictures of my husband and the ex family, back before the divorce....I know weird! I asked him to try to break away fromthe ex family, and he said he would.....but now they only come on his day off and I'm at work. It only gets weirder! Im not even going there.

im the lucky one taking sd to school....would it be wrong to set some ground rules???

Ok school starts Monday and I have been informed that I will be taking my sd to school in the am. My husband took another job that requires him to leave the house way before we have to get up...thats the only reason I agreed to doing it. In the past he has been able to take her to the moms and she took her to school. Here are the rules and why I have decided to use them:

Has anyone had trouble with the sk on Facebook...I need some advise

Ok, so my 13 year old sd got a laptop computer for christmas two years ago and she is allowed (by her father) to keep the computer in her room. She can get on any time she wants to. Here in the past 6 months she has been saying things on facebook that are not appropriate for a 13 year old to say. She has also been adding friends that she does not know and from what I have gather talks on the cell phone with them.

How can I tell my husband NO without him getting all defensive about the sd

I need some advise. I am a new mom and this is my first rodeo. I did not know until I sarted back to work how much time it takes out of my schedule to get the baby dressed, fed and off to babysitters before I head to work. I AM NOT COMPLAINING! I enjoy every moment, but it has taken some practice and I so commend the mothers that have 3 or 4 kids!

My sd is just like my puppy...please comment I need ya'lls comments haha

Ok...so I have been on a business trip and I come home last night to my sd setting her butt on the couch attached to the computer and under the coffee table my puppy is chewing up a brand NEW pair of my shoes. I did scold the dog...but deep down I wanted to YELL at my sd. This is why:

1.) In all seriousness, I left the shoes out so therefore I was taking a chance.

2.) The dog NEVER chews on things when im there...because I watch her!

Im about to BREAK....please people I need some words of encouragement

My sd is thirteen years old and one would think, if talking to her parents, that she is 5.

Its summer break and the child stays on facebook to 4 or so in the morning and will sleep till 3 or 4 in the afternoon.

She never takes showers and can go days with make-up on her face.

This is just the tip of the iceburg...if I really put everything that she does not do then no one would read becasue it would be tooooo long.
