I still can't believe I managed to get to my slimming class this week. Lol. I'm an emotional effing wreck. But I went. And..

I was expecting the worst, as I've been comfort eating. Bring on the cheese, in any form. Homemade mac and cheese. Yep. Had lots of that. Just cheese on its own? Yep. Had lots of that as well. Cheese in ANY EFFING FORM THAT IT CAN POSSIBLY COME IN? Yep. Had it. (Cheese is my comfort food of choice)

Feeling lost Tuesday

I've had an emotionally hard week. Cried a lot. Realised a lot. Stuff that's been there in my face for years, but only *just* realised it for what it is.

It's been a shock to the system and it's life changing stuff. I don't know what to do, or who to turn to for help with it. I wouldn't even know what to google for this s**t.

My anxiety renders me useless to talk to anyone for fear it may be repeated to someone else. And the one person I thought I could talk to (my mom) is the one person I can't talk to about this.

Good news: DD3 is better. YAY! Bad news: I put on 1.5 pounds, SIIIIIIIGH. I'm getting a bit bored of this 1 up, 1 down, 1 up again thing.

I know it's my own fault as I've been eating out with DH and the kids, and drinking wine. I guess I could've chosen healthier options from the menu, but I alway think.. I very rarely go out for a meal, so I like to enjoy it :/

I started Tone Up Tuesdays in January 2014. (I stopped briefly from June '14 to Oct '14 as there were a few comments on my blog about me obsessing over the way I looked. It kind of upset me, that wasn't the intention of TUT. I started it up to keep me motivated, and to encourage others to do the same. So I stopped. But due to popular STalk demand, I started up again!)

In all that time, I've never forgotten to post. Apart from yesterday LOL!

Well, after putting on a pound last week, I lost it again this week, LOL! I feel like I'm doing a little shuffle dance step with the scales!

One step forward, one step back, swing your partner round and round!

I put on a pound :/ blah, whatever, I'm still doin good Smile I had to go buy new (smaller) underwear as my old ones kept falling down HAHAHA!!!

Also DH hugged me the other day and he said he could feel a difference round my waist, wooo! Biggrin

I'VE BEEN SO BUSY OMIGOSH. I quite literally haven't stopped all week.

I got held up with DD at an appointment that ran late, and got home the evening of my slimming class to DH saying "Wow, it ran so late, will you make it to your class on time?"

I looked at him and blinked, it took a while for me to realise what he was talking about as I'd *totally* forgotten about my class, LOL! My head has been very full of lots of stuff lately!

I bravely stepped on the scales at my slimming class this week, fully expecting the worst.

Well.. I have no idea how I managed it, but I lost TWO POUNDS!!! Omigosh, no idea. I've been ill for about 2weeks (remember I chickened out going to class last week?) so in turn have been eating comfort foods. Aaall high cal, high carb foods.

I fully expected to have put back on all the weight I'd lost. I even thought I may have put on *even more* weight than when I started..

I haven't been very well this week. (Again.) I swear I'm getting sick more often lately it's weird.

So despite my positive thinking last week, me not feeling great meant I ate a lot of high cal food. I chickened out of going to my slimming class.

I told my friend who I go with that I wasn't feeling well. (True, but I'm sure I'd have been able to make it to class. You just stand on the scales then sit down for the talk. I would've managed that. But.. I just *knew* I'd have put on weight, and did NOT want to see it on the scales)
