Tone Up Tuesday
I'VE BEEN SO BUSY OMIGOSH. I quite literally haven't stopped all week.
I got held up with DD at an appointment that ran late, and got home the evening of my slimming class to DH saying "Wow, it ran so late, will you make it to your class on time?"
I looked at him and blinked, it took a while for me to realise what he was talking about as I'd *totally* forgotten about my class, LOL! My head has been very full of lots of stuff lately!
So, I looked at the time and realised my class was starting *right then* and I just did not have the energy to turn right out the door and head out again. Which also meant I didn't go to Nia class this week either. (It's after slimming class)
I sent a text to my friend who I go to both classes with and apologised for missing them.
Sooo.. I have no idea how I did on the scales this week! But I've been pretty good with regards to low cal meals. I've been eating more meat/protein and cutting down on the carbs, and eating lots of fruit inbetween all my busy adventures
How is everyone else doing! X (btw, waving pom-poms for Mon right now!) xx

Thanks Charlie I used to be pretty good at YouTube workouts at home, but I've been finding it really hard to get motivated to do that lately! Which is why I've been going along to my Nia class, maybe I will make a special effort this week with an at home workout, as I missed class!

now I'm eating for 7 - weather is cold and shitty and it's suppose to be summer here.... I keep on being hungry, decided to go on a light diet... if the lights are on I will eat

you are way stronger then me lol... I can handle Sunday - Wednesday without booze, but then I need couple off beers or wine and comes Friday... hell can't remember the last Friday and Saturday not drinking

I have had 1 shooter, 6 glasses of wine/ champagne in 3 years. After the first month it no longer bothers you.
