Ok, so last update I gave was regarding SD being touched by BM2's nephew. Child Services conducted an interview with her and she spoke about the incident with them as well a few things that happened between her and her mom (very bad). That is all we know. BM2 never met with anyone! She sent some emails and answered a few questions, nephew is not allowed over there or near SD. BM2 argued that her nephew is no threat and will never around SD again in court at hearing. We wish to take custody of SD and SS from BM2. The last we have heard is that based on some previous case the judge has agreed to look at the findings in the report. But the case is closed after 45 days of trying to work with BM2 and her only responding to social worker via email and denying anything. We do not know much else since then, other than that SD is gaining weight like crazy and acting up at home for BM2 causing kids to be late for school and crying which results in BM2 slapping her. Anyone have any advice or expectations for court hearings like this? Going to court very soon. BM2 has never paid her share of costs to GAL or to courts. She is crying poor on that as usual. BM2 is on her third attorney by the way, is that normal?
