I have 2 brothers and both are going through divorces right now. The first one just went to court. Back ground his ex wife is in prison for fraud a federal charge and has does this before. She got 40 years with 30 suspended. So they went to court for their divorce and he got custody of the kids and it was his choice to take them to see their mom. The judge asked my brother if he had a problem with taking them to see her and he said no. The judge told him to pick every 4 weeks, 6 weeks, or 8 weeks. Now the main reason the judge was so against the bm here is b/c she was trying to contest all of it. She didn't want a divorce and she didn't want him to get the kids. The judge asked her you are aware you are in prison right? She said yes. He then asked her you are in for a federal charge right? She said yes./ He then asked her you do you that since this is a federal charge then your husband as the right to a divorce uncontested right? She again said yes. The judge granted my brother everything he wanted and my brother said he would take the kids to see her every 4 weeks. the judge then said you are a very generous man.

I am SOOOOO happy! doing a happy dance right now! I can't wait till she gets out and my brother will tell her to take him back to court to see the kids. Remember she is the one that burned their house down in hopes of some life ins.! We couldn't prove it but her actions that day said it all to us.

Now I have one more brother to go! This one is the saddest as they have been together 10 years and she has been cheating almost the whole time. Now she moved out and never has the kids (my brother does) but expects my brother to pay her!!!
