O/T Child Abuse Update

Heard from step sister late last night. She was informed that the DA no longer has the case. It has gone federal. She spoke to an attorney general and they were interested in what she had to say about her daughters age and the new pictures. Also that the original case has been sitting around since 2009 before getting sent up.

I hope my scum half brother goes to prison. And I hope my SM and father get charged with felony obstruction of justice and accomplices to felony child porn trafficking for deleting the pictures on their computer.

I want to thank everyone who has been supportive and understanding . This has been an especially emotionally and mentally trying time for me with being forced to face and relive old demons. And the warmth and kindness expressed on board and in PM is so very much appreciated.

I'm so glad this has gone federal.

I hope the three of them, particularly your half brother, get thrown away for a long time. If your half brother got locked up for life. Hopefully their fellow inmates will give them some justice for you both.

I hope justice prevails and you keep strong the right thing is being done as tough as it can be to have old hurts dredged up. It will help protect others

They cannot entirely delete the pictures. Even if they took the computer and physically bashed the thing to bits with a sledgehammer... still the information is stored on the pieces left over. So know that the relatives are likely to still face prosecution.

If they have sent the images into another state the Feds will be involved. And the whole thing will snowball.

That's what I told my step sister. Those images are still in the computer. And her sister in law witnessed her mother deleting them with full knowledge that my half brother is up on child porn charges already. I hope everyone involved in this gets their asses handed to them.
