Surprise! BM didn't keep her word!

Last week SD7 was "too sick" to come over. FHD let it go after getting BM to agree, on a recorded phone call (she knew) that he could have SD this weekend as make-up time. Saturday comes and GBM calls FDH to tell him he isn't getting SD because she's got other plans. FDH is pissed and tries to argue but GBM just shouts over him until he gives up.

So BM1 has been withholding visitation and FDH had filed a contempt but we all know how fast and useful that is. It was finally dealt with today, and it didn't go half bad. We found out BM got a lawyer, last night we got 'served' a counter contempt and a petition for modification, both to be handled today. The summons was sent to our old house, by mail, on the 18th. That's not even a week's notice(it's 14 business days notice here for mods). So I'm not sure where this lawyer went to school but we knew the modification stuff wouldn't be handled today.

A Bra?!

Picked SD7 up from BM... And she comes running to the car shouting "look Kifire!! I'm wearing a Boobie-holder!!!" and pulling her shirt down. Um, what? 1) wtf do you need a bra for? 2) wtf are you pulling your shirt down OUTSIDE in PUBLIC for?? and 3) Who the hell thought you were old enough for a bra when you can't even button your own pants? FDH looked suitably horrified when I reminded him that she still required his assistance to get dressed and undressed, so he would be unhooking his daughter's bra for her. He nearly cried.

FDH has been working for his company for 3 years now, he lost his job as an R&D Engineer when he got divorced and has been floundering around trying to keep the BMs happy and an open visitation since. When I met him he was working at MCD's full time and a grocery store part time for the flexible hours because of how ridiculous his visitation was.

BM always makes the BEST choices for SD *eyeroll*

FDH picks up SD7 this morning from GGBM where he is told that SD still has some homework to get finished so could he bring her back to GGBM on Sunday afternoon instead of bringing her to school on Monday morning. She will not give him the homework, and SD has been sent in yet another dress with no shorts, and no backpack, again. (BM has been doing this since halfway through the school year with the backpack)

FDH starts txting BM1:

FDH: How am I supposed to help her with her homework if I don't ever have her school stuff??

A question, just to make sure

Next weekend I'm going to PA with BS, my mother and my brother. I have sole legal and physical custody of BS, his father has no visitation rights, and there is a PO to keep him from contacting us. He hasn't seen BS in close to two years now.

So, do I need to let him know that I'm taking BS out of state? I don't *think* I have to.. but I don't want him to find out and try to do anything.
