BM, her SO, their crotchfruit and SD8 are all on vacation right now!!

It doesn't matter that July 4th is FDHs court ordered time, they're on vacation! "I don't think I should have to tell you when I decide to go on vacation! This is MY life, you can't control my every move FDHName!"

FFIL has been sick. FDH has kept both BMs in the loop, we couldn't take the SDs to see FFIL on fathers day or at all on FDHs most recent weekend becaus he was in the hospital getting a g-tube, and FDH knew he would be coming home and it was just too much to have the girls see him connected to machines and tubes if they didn't have to.

So sd8 has a name... with a very typical nickname and a less typical one. I'm trying to find a similar name to work with. Like if you had a Rebecca and she has a typical nickname ofbecky or Becca.. but then someone else calls her Reba. FDH and sd5and bs and I all call sd8 by her typical nickname
BM1 insists on calling her by the other name (which is a name all by itself despite also being a short version of SDS name). She apparently signed sd8 up for soccer with her nickname instead of her full name and letting them call SD whatever.

A very typical complaint.

I'm not even sure how this came about but SD8 was telling FDH he wasn't her only dad. She's not sure if HE is her real dad or BMsBF. "Well I call you both daddy so I just get confused sometimes!" Now BMsBF has not been around all of SDs life or anything, dudes only been around a little over a year.

Yes, it's BM, yes it's PAS... but FFS she doesn't know who's 'really' her dad? Really? SMDH

So FDH surprised me by getting bs up and out and letting me sleep in. He made me breakfast and we went out to lunch. He's cooking dinner right now and I've been able to just chill and play with bs4. We're going to do laundry later and we got the news that we're moving on June 1st. We list our house last August and had to move in with family which, though I'm grateful, has been awful.

So... for two months of missed visits FDH was awarded all of Xmas break as a make up. But BM withheld over some stupid shit. And then got the overnights removed and withheld medication to shorten the daytime visits.

For that FDH was awarded ONE extra day, the day after Easter. Because the judge was sick and tired of dealing with people and 'I'm not counting up hours and minutes to make days'.

BM1 just emailed asking FDH to swap the Monday gir good Friday. He said no thank God but now we have to wait and see if SD will be sick or not come that Saturday.

First email BM sends is proof she lied in court.

FDH sent a boring confirmation email to the address she provided in court just to make sure it was right. First message she sends back?

"Yes this is the correct email. Do you have my house number in case of an emergency?"

In court YESTERDAY she bitched about only having an Obama phone and how she shouldn't have to waste her free minutes letting SD talk to FDH twice a week. So we are buying a tracphone. An Obama phone is not a house phone. Its a cellphone. What a bitch.

Well it wasn't bad but it certainly wasn't what we wanted. Fdh will be getting one extra day because the judge "isn't counting up hours an minutes to make days..." its the day after easter so we will have SD7 from easter eve until 6pm on Monday.

But tgebig thing we needed to do... well things, were fixing the overnight situation andgetting that GBM out of the picture.

All contact will be through email, fdh wanted ofw but bm can't afford it and doesn't have internet. She agreed to email because she can do it from her phone (but can't use that phone for SD to call fdh)

Fdh is still there because she wouldn't budge on him getting make up time. But they were in mediation. For TWO HOURS, and settled some stuff. She had a new lawyer today and I'll bet he's done after this too.

*fdh is not in arrears.
*fdh does, in fact have electricity andheat in his house.
*SD does have a bed
*we do own a working vehicle.
So overnight visits were reinstated. But bm got one little thing. We have to put a bedrail on SD s bed.. bm insists she rolls out of bed and is "afraid" SD will get hurt at our house.

So SD7 is going on and on about everything under the sun. She mentions that her uncle got her a new laptop of her very own. "Because mom and her boyfriend font share theirs. So now I have my own!" (She really says my moms boyfriend. She never calls him by name) we leave it alone and she brings it up again at dinner. Only this time FDH asked her what in the world did she need a laptop for? Apparently she needs it for Facebook.
