BM wrote us a letter while she was still in jail and we just received it yesterday. In her own words and writing she admits to having Bipolar, Borderline Personality Disorder and Alcohol dependence. So none of her actions her truly her fault it's all because she is mentally ill.

I am sorry I grew up with a mother that was bipolar and she never went to jail and she never neglected us. Grow up BM, do what the doctors tell you to do and be a freakin adult.

Someone thinks she's worth $500

BM is currently out on bail until her trial April 21, 2015. She wasn't worth the first $2000 bail, or the $1500, but someone thinks she's worth $500.

She went to court on Tuesday for the felony charges and was issued 10% of $5000 bail with the condition of 2x a week drug and alcohol test. She then had video court for the misdemeanor charges and was given time served for that charge.

I have gotten tired of being the mother of 3 skids 24/7, I love them dearly but I have no real time to myself or with my hubby. All I do is take care of the house, kids, work and do it all over again the next day.

I'M IN A RUT!!!

Why doesn't my DH have the same basic human need for affection and sex, I crave it and need to receive it so badly but he just doesn't get it so it's hard for him to understand.

Why couldn't BM being a normal fucking person and do right and co raise her kids with DH, so I could just be SM and not full time mom.

In the last few weeks my hubby as surprised me with a couple of new pretties.

When we first got married we didn't have a lot of money to spend on the wedding stuff, so I picked out a very pretty cubic zirconia wedding set for $200, no one that ever looked at it questioned if it was real or not. Well now I have a gorgeous 1.25 carat three stone black diamond with white diamond accents wedding set.

I was also given my first Coach purse and it's so pretty and ready for spring.

Happy to report that the doctor appointment on Friday I feel went well. We are trying a different ADHD drug called Strattera and we got a referral to the top child psychiatrist in our area, also have an appointment within a month with him. We have also started limiting his video games and he is now to do 30 minutes of reading and math everyday before any other activities can take place. Hoping to get this boy where he needs to be

SS10 has pituitary dwarfism, which he takes a growth hormone shot for every night, has been diagnosed with ADHD (before we got custody of him) take Intuniv every morning. He acts very immature, most of the time SS7 acts older than he does. School was never made to be very important with BM, so now I don't think he cares about school a whole lot. In BM's custody he was held back in the 1st grade, but didn't help him because there was no structure at home for school, he either just go to school or was late on a daily basis.

Last night DH and I were nice and accepted a inmate collect call so the kids could talk to their BM. I was impressed she took on all blame and told the kids this is what happens when you are an adult and get into trouble. YSS didn't say a whole lot other than, he loves and misses her. SD she was a hoot, she asked her if she was wearing an orange jumpsuit and if she had to go to the bathroom in front of people. OSS didn't say a whole lot either but was more vocal than YSS.

Thinking about writing BM in jail and asking her to sign her parental rights over and allow myself to adopt the kids. Also let her know I would never stop the kids from seeing her or talking to her if they want, but her having any legal rights to them will not help them and it has only hurt them.

What do all of you wonderful step parents like
