I have a good BF and a not too bad relationship with the "other women" in my life.

BF is great cause he does not expect me to "lode" his boys any more than I expect him to "love" my son. Respect, yes, love? Not so much. Nor does he expect "happily ever after" and we are fine being happily unmarried.

Step mom to my son is a good person. A little stand-offish to DS but to be expected as he is not hers and I do not expect her to treat hi like he is hers. She and I have not truly had much to discuss so we shall see where it goes after her and the ex get married.

Mom to my other 2 "step" sons is a good mom. A little neurotic IMO but then again, they aren't mine so I have to defer. BF is good about allowing me to be myself while ensuring when I do get a bit "over" ge tells me quietly and we discuss.

In our 4th year so fa so good.
