Dh took SS to the law school clinic that represents him, so he could visit BM for 2 hours supervised by one of the law student practitioners since we have a 2 day cub scout camping trip this weekend. While one of the practitioners supervised BM and SS, the other 2 met with Dh. They gave him the third degree on all kinds of dumb shit that we had thoroughly addressed in several different documents. They also start asking about when they separated and divorced and when did we get together. What f'n difference does that make?! He did not cheat on her, but if he did, how does that affect custody all these years later?

Dh and I put together a detailed outline of the things they needed to know. He went over each one with them and they just vigorously took notes. There was a question about BM not living where she'd been living anymore and they said they couldn't tell him. He asked them why not, considering that she is ordered to keep him informed about any changes in contact information. They also admitted to directly calling BM and telling her things we said only to have her text message him right after accusing him of lying even though it was 100% true. They also gave him the third degree about why he didn't allow BM's sister and kids to go to the last visit. Our atty advised him to say no. These visits are for her and her alone. She argues in court that we don't allow her to have quality time with her son, so she's got it and needs to suffer through it the unthinkable concept of unoccupied time with own child. Ahhh what a scary thought for this poor bitch!

As he was waiting for them to finish talking to SS after his visit with BM, he stumbled over the law clinic's brochure. It has a picture of the supervising atty/professor. It shows that her maiden name is the same as BM's. She's been on her side, with no facts to explain why she or anyone would be on her side, since the beginning. It also boasted about how they stopped a step-mother from adopting a child away from it's mother. They have had a hard on about why we filed for adoption and I see why. They are biased against step-mothers who attempt to give their step-kids good, caring mothers. The sad thing is we would have gotten the adoption if would've gotten ANY OTHER judge but the one we got. The fact that a few months after we attempted it, she molested him. Shouldn't that prove that we were right in trying to get this sick bitch away from him.

We're emailing our atty about all of this and hopefully she can maybe get these people to recuse themselves or something.
