Here's the rant side of the "all was good this wknd"
Don't want to mix my positive w/negative lol-so this warrants another post.
First of all-of course bm sets up all kind of events sd must go to, bdays, skating, soccer games on dads time...of course if he refuses to take her to these things-his parents turn around and "help him out" by taking sd to things he said no to..great.
She cannot have one wknd w/out interferring in his time somehow.
Anyways-this is about SD-overall the very few times I saw her this wknd went very well, she was very sweet. BUT....Saturday when she came over w/bf to give me presents, she goes outsdie to play w/the neighbor friend-who is currently crushing on my oldest son..you know middle school drama crap.
ANyways-they ask if they can come in and play in the toyroom-the boys aren't home so I said "for a bit"....I chilled w/bf outside a bit, then showered...the girls eventually went back outside. BF on Sunday says i have somthing to tell you....been bothering me but didn't want to say anything last night as it was your bday.
He said the girls had come in the kitchen and looked sneaky-he called them out askign what they were doing...they said nothing. Eventually they admitted they had 'helped organize' my sons backpack and papers. I was like they what??? I got really upset saying I already caught them in his room once when he wasn't here and shooed them off-now they're going through his stuff?
I don't know who instigated (i can only guess)....but apparently they went and cleaned out any 'notes' he had gotten from girls and old homework...the trash was bagged up-I opened it up outside and took the stuff out..I told him they were abotu to hear me.
They come up from playign outside and I let them have it. I didn't yell but I was VERY firm that what they had done was VERY WRONG, that I should have had them pull out his papers from garbage, that he still had papers i wasn't sure were graded (they were not the point)...I said everyone has a right to privacy -youdont' go in his room or through his things, you should know better. Don't ever do that again! SD started trying to make an excuse but quickly stopped as I kept talking. I said I don't care if you think you'er helping-it's his personal stuff and nobody goes through it but me. Got it?
I like the neighbor girl-probably jealous girly stuff, and nosey-us girls are bad at that lol...BUT still, at least they can learn an early lesson. They were both staring at the floor, apologetic and just stood there shocked i called them out but VERY humble and i'm sure 'hurt feelings'.
Dad was right there Later I told him, look i was firm w/them and they needed to hear that-he agreed with me. But damn, man these girls need to learn at an early age that you go snooping, you'll find shit you don't want to find lol...I learned that lesson...better they hear it from me now.
AND yes, he had little 'i like you' notes from other girls showed them to keep their hands off ...damn i wish they had shown up earlier, i totally woudl have made them dig through the trash i tell ya!
