So on Friday morning i go in for my gender determination ultrasound and im taking DH of course and my sister, we are all really super excited and its all we've talking about for weeks now, but the thing is that we are banking on DH's stepbrat going to her mother's tomorrow being that its the last day of school. The problem is that we dont think that she remembers that tomorrow is the last day and a half day, so DH has been calling off the hook trying to get a hold of her but cant reach her. My thing is that we wont have time to drive all the way to her mother's house and drop her off, if for some reason we end up having to keep her, and will have to take her to the ultrasound with us, but i really really really dont want to do that. This is supposed to be a happy experience for both DH and i together(it's our 1st together)but if she's there she's just going to make it about her, she is soooooo F***ing whiny all the time (shes not happy about the baby) and im going to lose it and not be able to enjoy it. Im thinking about cancelling the Appt. if we have her, even though we have been waiting what feels like forever just so she doesnt ruin it for me.
