Some background into my situation:
Me and my loving boyfriend had been dating around 2 months when a woman from a one night stand calls up and tells him she is pregnant. Also informed him she had been with other guys, so we pursued a relationship. My bf and the woman (crazy) had decided it was best to be friends for the child. When the baby came, there was no doubt my bf was the father. The adorable little girl was a spitting image of her daddy. At this time we had been living together for awhile. After the baby got here, the crazy became so angry with my bf. She snapped on him one day for offering to pay child support and part of the hospital bill. What normal person gets mad over that. It just went down hill from there. Well now 8 months later, WE had to take HER to court just so my bf could get visitation with the baby. She didn't want him to pay child support, him to carry insurance for the child, or for him to be recognized as the child's father (had to petition the court to do a DNA test because she refused to do it).
My bf and i have been talking about marriage for awhile now but put off any decision making until court was over. Now that we've went to court and there is an Order in place, he has brought it up several times a day. I love him more than anything and the little girl is precious. i just don't know how to handle the crazy mom. Before all this even started, I tried my hardest to form some kind of common ground with her. Always friendly and i've always told her if she needed anything to just call me. How do you deal with the other side?
