This site is the best coping mechanism I have ever found. I know I am not alone and my thoughts are not crazy now. SM's have few systems of support, so even this site--means the world to me. I have some great friends here who have helped me, help myself-- tremendously; though I am still a work in progress...
CANYOUHELP: Even though you think you have disengagement or skids all figured out; we know we need to stay here on this site. We are never alone on this site and it curbs the drinking and smoking.
Myself, a bubble bath and glass of nice wine, along with all of you on this site keep me positive.
As long as we have skids, no matter what age, we will need everyone here.

mouth.
The fidgeting, the not listening, the jumping all over furniture, the distractions.
The eating my shit and using my shit button has nearly exploded.
SD9 and SD11 are fantastic kids - the most unselfish, kind children.
SD7 is the devil reincarnated.
