BM coming to my work for treatment

So i work in a medical clinic as an assistant, i am often in appts w patients one on one. BM is now a patient there and is schedueled with me on Fri!!! I asked hte receptionist to confirm with my name just in case she didn't realize she would be with me, normally patients don't. So hopefully she will reschedule once she finds out, i can't tell BF because i could lose my job if he ever said something and i can't risk his big mouth lol. It will just be awkward!!!! I really hate small town living.

Well there isn't another
Well there isn't another option on that day, I did tell her primary but now that its on the schedule i can only hope she is just as weirded out as me. We get along fine no drama, i actually like her but still just not comfortable in that situation. There is now a flag on her chart but they won't reschedule her existing appts.
You need to insist she be
You need to insist she be rescheduled if there isn't anyone else to see her that day. You cannot see her, too many possible issues can come of it.

Well they won't i've already asked what my options are and they basically said handle it like a professional which of course i will. Its a small clinic so one assistant and 2 treatment providers on shift. I do basic pre-treatment nothing too extensive or personal so their take is it will cause more of an issue to reschedule. I have access to her chart regardless if I treat her or not so she could cause an issue right now technically. Honestly that doesn't seem like her m.o. tho, we really have no issues. It's just uncomfortable and awkward. I wouldn't be comfortable in her place of business either. I do know she has a referral from her Dr (we are a speciality office) so she didn't just come on her own. Maybe she'll feel uncomfortable w it also and reschedule herself, one can hope!

I know right?! I get paid by the appt, damn it had to be on my busiest day of the week too! I may have a sudden onset of nausea right before the appt!
