Do you think the child telling you would qualify? I am trying to avoid calling wolf but sk just talked about a lot concerning things (holes in the walls, rats and mice--enough that the kids catch them, bugs on the walls, clothes every where... etc) We have never been to or seen the home, but have heard various things over time. This conversation was down right gross and scary sounding.

Have the kids shoot pics with
Have the kids shoot pics with their cellphone and forward them to you. If it is bad as the Skids say then make the call.
