Could I get a peace bond on my spouses ex, the bm?

bm has made threats to beat me up, so has my spouses brother n his gf, they all want to beat me up, all because I confronted bm w/ the truth about the biological father, my spouse wants to get a dna test. bm went crying to my spouses family, got them involved, now the three of them want to "make me pay". bm has made threats before to beat me up, but my spoused said all 3 sound serious this time, so I tried, the poilce officer was kind of being an @$&, didnt take me seriously, police talked to my spouse and bm. of course bm painted the picture, shes scared of me, shes the victim, shes a good mom, im just a mean jealous gf that hates her n ss. im not scared of her, im not a violent person, feel I can defend myself, but I dont need all of this bs and drama around my kids.

I have no idea what a peace bond is but if it is similar to a restraining or personal protection order than yes, if you have proof (or even if you don't) go to your courthouse and file for one ex parte. She may appeal it so if she does be prepared with proof or it will be your word against hers. The police can not issue ros or ppos, you have to go through the court.

As Lady said above and repeating you've got to show reasonable proof. A witness to the threats when said to you or if they threatened you through someone else. Like they told your witness they were going to get you or if witness was with you when threats were made.
