Why is it good for her; but wasn't for us????
So; here is the quick version:
DH and I have 3 bio's and I have a SD now 14 - met her when she was 2.
All those years we had her pretty much 50% of the time; every weekend; holidays; summers; etc......we had EVERYTHING for her - her own room, bed, complete wardrobe; she brought nothing from her BM's house.......EVER.
She needed school stuff, sports stuff, anything - you name it; we paid for it; plus we gave 450+++ a month.
We never went through courts.
Now we have SD FULL time. Her mother gave us EVERYTHING of SD; SD has not one thing at her moms. and only sees her 2 nights a week from 4 to 9. Never any weekends; or vacations or anything.
Since SD has moved in with us; we have to pay for her lunches ($2.25 a day) Her mom was on assistance and never had to pay for things such as this.
She has switched to better schools which means more activites, needs better clothes. Whatever.
BM gives 50 every other week.............WTF
Am I being crazy or what. Why is she able to get away with this............

She is definitely not paying
She is definitely not paying enough, but the only way to bend her arm is to go through the courts. It sucks, but she may not have to give as much as you gave. I think you guys may have been going a little bit further than a court order would have required you to, and unless BM feels like she should do the same you can't force her w out the court order. It sucks, but you guys should probably see a lawyer to see if you can't at least get more CS from her.

BM WONT take her back......she signed her over to us. BM's husband hates SD and even has a PFA on him for three years; cause he smacked her!
