She was a failed foster mother but now she'll match foster kids to foster parents!!!

Court update:
Chef's current attorney doesn't seem keen on taking the case since he doesn't care for the latest magistrate. . .just in case we have another attorney in the hopper that doesn't mind dealing with said magistrate. This attorney told us that Chef could have won by default since the Gir nor her attorney showed up at the date. Here is the letter she submitted and filed the Friday before the court date:
To Whom It May Concern,
I am responding to the summons regarding [court date]. I do not intend to appear for this due to the personal stress it causes me to deal with Chef. Additionally he is not being truthful in this claims that his children have "denied several reunification attempts." (totally bullshit)
I am requesting to vacate any and all CS from Chef. I am not seeking any money from my children's father, rather I would prefer that he focus on mending the damaged relationships (damaged by HER) he has with his children. To be clear, I do not seek any financial assistance (after almost a decade and a half of looting Chef dry) from Chef for our (oh so now it's OUR children instead of MY) children, YSS and SD.

Pretty scary that someone like her is into helping others. Maybe she had a change of heart and really believes that Chef can/ should reconnect with skids? Joking!

OMG - Medusa wrote a letter just like this one to attempt to explain away her failure to appear. The Judge's response was to send a Bailiff out to pick her up and take her to jail.
Yup - she failed to appear at her contempt hearing for failure to appear at a previous hearing.

They kept harassing Chef for his income information which he had already submitted to the court. He then said "I need to consult my attorney" which angered the magistrate. This new female magistrate was feeling soooorrrrrry for the Gir due to her "personal stress" instead of hauling her ass in court/swearing out a warrant!!!
He should have at LEAST have won by default. But no!!! Had Chef done that, they would have thrown his ass in jail!!
I knew Chef should have had counsel as nothing is as ever as simple as "getting another court date." The Gir has ALWAYS had tricks up her sleeve as a HCBM/GUBM.

This woman lies every chance she gets so we have to have it on video. She has threatened if she were ever alone with me, she would beat me up.
