SD15 giving up her room ?! o_O

lucija's picture

so SDs came home to inform us of the decision and went back out. SD9 stayed in though. SD15 decided to give up her room, which just seems weird and a bit unreal to me because she's the one that always starts crap, talks her sisters into shit, etc. and she seemed pretty happy about it.
my husband is THRILLED, saying that she's such a selfless, lovely girl and as happy as i am to finally have a room for my baby, this seems fishy and strange to me. but whatever.

this is the first time i actually got to see that room completely - it was sitting there almost empty. so she even just took her personal stuff out, put it in SD18's spare room and went out with SD18. though it's pretty late to be going out again at 15 but whatever..

there's a wardrobe left in there and shelves , so i just need to put the baby crib there and move the stuff into the wardrobe. i'll do it tomorrow. or maybe i even do it tonight, i'm excited. Biggrin

Good I'm glad it worked out. Really I am. You do need to remember that you need to step up for your baby and yourself but your dh will not! YOu are all that baby has.

Hi, I've been reading your blogs but not sure what to say.
I'm happy that this is starting to get better, but just a piece of advice - don't trust her.
Honestly, she sounds like a bitch. And I have a 15 year old SD too so I feel your pain. But if you think this is fishy, you're probably right. Don't let her fool you. Pay attention to what she does/says, and don't let her near the baby unless you're there, or even better, you AND your husband. If she's so vile, who knows what could she think of.
Is the room you got close to her main room, or your older SDs? How does the youngest SD feel about you? I'm asking because I didn't pick it up from the older blogs, maybe you said but I do not remember.
Do you know of anything they may be planning with this? Just trust your instincts and protect your kid. But don't let it ruin your experience. Good luck! Smile
