Court went as expected from yesterday's post. Not great but not terrible.

1. SS7 is still in state custody. He will be staying at the facility for the forseeable future. At least another month or so. Restrictions are still in place with BM regarding visitation. FDH will still have visitation as scheduled. The court...along with FDH feel that treatment is progressing and should continue.

2.SS10 did go back to mom having primary, FDH having final say on medical, and BM on educational. The court didn't feel they had enough evidence that SS10 has been I guess not as deprived as much due to not having so many mental health issues like SS7. She has a LOT of restrictions, and will be having a parent aide coming to the home, along with counseling, parenting classes, all the stuff in yesterday's blog.

3. Basically, they're getting SS10 out of the system, and reverting to the original custody agreement since all parties already know FDH is still pursuing custody in superior like we were before the false battery charges and the skids getting taken from her and all this crap.

4. FDH is already taking the parenting classes, he will do counseling and we will be expecting the GAL to have more interaction with me and also the state to visit us as well. All parties including the foster parent for SS10,the GAL, the social worker managing the case, etc, are all willing and will be testifying in the custody hearing. I read the report from Ss10's foster mom and it was pretty damaging to BM. Her alienation and lack of tact when speaking to SS's are evident.

Case for custody will be in about six weeks, which is before the next hearing for SS7's care. This is fine

The best news of the day was that even though BM got custody, in the original custody agreement, its FDH's weekend, soooooo...dfcs got SS10 out of school early, he visited with his mom for a minute at their office, and he is sitting here in front of me and FDH eating lunch.

BM was NOT happy.
