what is up with teens and not brushing their teeth!
My skids are all old enough to not have to hoover over them to make sure they do those little things like brush their or so i thought!
Yesterday at dinner I noticed ss14's teeth are NASTY! I asked if he had brushed his teeth this weekend? He said nope. I looked at him and said you need too they are nasty. He said I get enough nagging from mom! I kinda looked at him like um WOW did you just say that to me??? n
Dh at that same time looked up at ss14 and said when you get through eating you better brush your teeth! And proceeded to nag him about brushing his teeth.
So bm does make him brush them but ss14 just doesn't like too. So when he comes here he just doesn't do it. EEEWWW....

I wish I knew! I've got a SS9 who doesn't bathe, wash his hair, or put on deodorant. I ended up having to wash his hair for him today. Sad!

my cousin when through a phase for three years 15, 16, and 17 where he would shower or brush his teeth. It was so gross. His parents had to take away video games until he showered then he would get them back and he went without video games for a week straight once. It was nasty I don't understand it.
Probably mentioning halitosis
Probably mentioning halitosis might be an incentive for a 14 year old to brush his teeth, since they are becoming sensitive to the opposite sex about now.
I think I saw
A whole chicken wing hanging from OSS's braces. The Girhippo put him and SD in braces the instant they turned eight. They never brushed their teeth at my house and probably not at the Girhippos ever. At this point I disengaged so Chef never made them brush their teeth either. They always had a million cavities. Plus they're complete junk food diet at the Girhippos probably doesn't help any.
