So SS is being extremely mouthy tonight which is so not like him. We decided to go out to dinner, had him pick the place, were sitting there talking and trying to include him in the convo bc he was just sitting there looking angry. Then my DH makes a joke about how bc of the snow he us never in school and he us going to send him to an all summer school and with the mist serious angry evil face he depots with, I' m afraid that's not your decision to make, it's moms and she wouldnt do that. ( he has just as much say as she does, why would he even think this - also it was a joke!) so DH says oh really, well aren't u in for a real surprise and SS says, you can't do anything without consulting Mom. Well boy o boy did that set the mood for the night. DH calmly tried to explain ( we were at a restrauant ) how very incorrect that statement was. Then later in the night DH reminded him for the 3rd time that he needs to shave. ( he is an overly harry 13 yo who isn't into hygiene - and his BM apparently dosent make him shave so we have to argue with him every weekend) anyway he goes to take a shower and comes out into the living room with an unshaved face so DH say ok so your shaving in the morning then? And SS says most likely NOT! so they got into it again and SS basically said he's not going to do anything he dosent want to. I'm ready to knock him into next week. What is with him being such a punk tonight?! UGH!!!
