CrazyPants Draws Again.

The kid thinks hes a Nazi, like for real believes that. He thinks that because he was born in Germany, hes a literal Nazi. My sister and I were born in Germany too. Its a cool conversation starter but thats about it. The kid has no real memories of Germany because his mom moved him in and out of the country to many, I think the longest she actually lived there was six months, and she was pregnant for three so the kid was only there maybe a total six months all together.

Mommy and Me Luncheon

Im so glad I have such a sweet perceptive little boy.

So, the Mommy and Me luncheon went so well.

Hurray For GMIL

My BS is kindergarten. Hes the sweetest little boy, and I love him so much. We spend a lot of time playing and learning together. Now, Thanks to kindergarten, he finally understands what Mothers Day is. I have never been one to make a big deal about the whole mess, i figure if my kids clean their room without me asking a hundred times thats enough appreciation for me.

Another Day in Paradise

In honor of Daddy Darling stepping up to the parenting plate for one whole week and two days, I have let him escape the house without CrazyPants in tow.

Why? I dont really know. Now Im wishing I hadnt. CrazyPants is stll givingme the silent treatment, over dramatic much? Hes still lying about his homework, and hes still being mean to BS5. But at least he hasnt put his hands on anyone again.... yet. Damn I hope he comes back soon.

So Tired Of It

Today SS11 gots his progress reports from school. Yea I know Im supposed to be disengaged, but education is important to me. So I went into his bookbag while he and darling daddy were out doing something for MIL.

Bet That Hurt

So, DH is quite angry at me. Passively, but still I know Im going to have pay for this later. SS gets to talk to me however he wants and throw stuff in my house and theres no punishment for it. Fine, DH you get to take him wherever you go because Im not going to deal with it. Dont act like Im punishing you. Everytime you leave him here it is a freaking punishment for me. Sorry you cant go to your guys house without him, but since you cant teach him to respect and I expect respect somethings going to have to give. Learn how to be flipping parent.

Dear The Animal,

Thank you so much for creating a monster, he is so much fun to live with! I absolutely adore the way he thinks that his daddy is not a real daddy. I just love when he uses things thst happened in the courtroom against me and his daddy, although I wasnt there and neither was he. Its so darn cute.

Disengagement

This is a logistical question, Im a SAHM, and Im sick of the crap SS11 pulls with me when his daddy is not here. I read the blogs this such a common problem! Im actually in shock over how common this problem is for us SMs. No one in my family is divorced, I dont have cousins from split homes, all my aunts and uncles are "real" brother and sisters. There is literally no one I can talk to about step life that understands what its like to be stepparent or a second wife. Im completely isolated in my social network when it comes to this stuff.

Thank You Again

Thank you DH for once again making me feel like second class citizen in my home. Your son is a piece of work and is never going to respect me or listen to me, because you dont make him. He makes a calculated decision to treat me like shit because there is no.consquence for him when he does. Why would he change his behavior, when all he is recieving is a simple lecture and a "next time there will be consquence," this is not working to change the behavior. If what you are doing was working this would not still be a problem. Please stop promising that next time there will be a consquence.
