Court Update
DH went to court last week petitioning to have primary placement of SD13 (SS12 wants to continue to live with BM because he doesn't want to leave his friends and school). SD has been asking to live with us since this summer. DH tried to negotiate with BM over the summer but she wouldn't discuss it other than to say "No".

COURT TOMORROW!!
We have court tomorrow for a temporary hearing to see if DH can have primary placement of SD while we wait for the final hearing.

Big Changes On The Way
My DH has retained an attorney and had BM served with a petition to change the primary custody of SD from BM to DH!!!!

Venting and Wondering How Long it Will Take.......Any Guesses
My DH FINALLY Found a JOB!! 
Short backstory - he and I got married in 2009 and two weeks later he was laid off from his job of 6+ years, right at the beginning of the recession. 2 years later and he finally has landed a good job!
BM's Check....lost?
We gave BM a check on January 19th for $15 to reimburse her for DH's 1/2 of some medical expenses. She was expecting it to be a check for $45 but due to some expeses that DH had incurred in the same month that she owed us 1/2 of, the difference was only $15. So, we gave her another copy of our receipt along with a written explanation (written and signed by my DH) of the difference and the check. We had already e-mailed her a copy of our receipt the week before.

Need Help on the OTHER side.....trying NOT to act like a crazy BM
This has to do with my oldest boy and his father.
Our court order (as of November 2010) states that Dad is supposed to fly son to his town the 2nd weekend of each month. Dad is supposed to provide flight information to me obviously so I can get son to the airport. There is no mention of any other kind of travel arrangements or mention of either parent picking up/dropping off at the other parent's residence.
Evil SM = Stalker BM
Apparently the hatered that the BM feels for me has turned her into a stalker.
Since the spat on the phone between BM and myself she has gone to great lengths to avoid me. I find it amusing and pretend that she does so because she is so embarrassed by her behavior that she can't stand to face me but I doubt that's really it.

The Christmas Roller Coaster.....
Christmas was chaotic and not really enjoyable. We had all four kids and DH and I spent Christmas Eve and Christmas night at each other's throats, we almost called it quits the morning after Christmas and didn't really get 'back on track' until December 27th. There were several things that contributed to this crappy week.
1) Being broke - DH is still out of work yet we both feel the need to buy the kids more than we can honestly afford to so that they don't feel the pinch.

Glasses vs. Contacts update

The update. I had called the service provider and insurance companies numerous times yesterday. There's no fraudulent use because the insurance was used for services rendered to a covered person. Doesn't matter if the child was taken to the provider by Santa Claus himself.

A little bit of fallout from my childish interaction with BM
During our battle of words last week BM was complaining about how I'm 'deceitful' and doing things behind her back like taking SS to get contacts, getting SD a cellphone, etc. DH actually is the one that did these things but of course it must be the evil wife's fault.
