DH and BM are currently in a custody battle that BM started. (just like all other crazy BM's is all about the money and not the kids) They are about a week from their depositions. DH attorney has several big lies to catch her in so it should be fun...to bad I am not able to watch her squirm.

BM was in contempt of the decree and when she moved back to our area last Aug I knew something was up. This was on the heels of taking the boys to every imaginative doctor appointment that she could make. Yes, DH got served in Oct for change in custody.

BM moved into a bigger house than ours (rented of course) and within 1 month had another family move in with her. They didn't work out so family number 2 moved in with her in Oct. BM can't pay a bill if she tried so I was surprised that she has been in the house this long and not get evicted for non payment of rent. After all, she is spending big money for an attorney that isn't worth anything.

Good news just before the deposition!! My previous blog was about how we took in her puppy ..well we found out that her landlord came to visit and the house she is renting is up for sale. Strange I rent out property and I didn't think you could rent out property until after the lease was up.

BM had to be completely dillusional. I think she is that stupid to believe that she was going to have the boys back, CS and leave her rented house within 6 months. Who would sign a lease for 6 months?? Or better yet she is being evicted.....

The area where we live it is hard to find rentals because that houses are relatively affordable. DH called the realtor and we are going to make an appointment to see the house. She had 2 dogs and according to the realtor wasn't allowed to have dogs when DH asked her if the tenants had animals.

We need the room and DH is going to talk to SIL about helping us buy the house. My DH Mom bought a house for him and we pay the mortgage but able to do whatever we want with it. We have several people wanting to rent ours because we have too big of a family to be in our current house.

This would really piss her off.....She will only have 30 days to find a new place to live in an area that has nothing to rent....she has bad credit and filed for bankruptcy last year........I honestly believe in Karma........she is getting was comes around.

How is this going to look in front of the judge???
