My drama with my ex is over at least the parenting plan. Most likely I will have to file contempt of court charges but the major expense of the lawyer is done. My ex even asked me was it worth it?? Let's see he has hasn't paid a dime to raise our 2 kids in the last 2 years while they lived with me full time and got pissed when I took him to modify the plan and for CS. So I am going from $0 a month to $400. He works part time and failed to get the magistrate that the CS should be based on him working part time. He only works part time because his wife works full time and he watches their young baby. CS starts next week and that is when his new baby is due. Let's say that the new wife is not really happy...I warned her about him not paying bills and she would have the responsibility of being the "grown up" and she just told me "That I needed to get my financials in order with him before we got divorced." Guess what?? The divorce had been done for years but the plan can always be changed...I guess I got their Father to finally have to own up to his responsibility.

My DH's plan is still in the works. Why go thru 2?? Mine I started on my own but BM started her bs over a year ago. BM finally realized she wasn't going to get all 3 kids and decided to keep concentrating on the oldest. The settlement is she pay CS to DH of $100 a month...it may sound like a joke but the actual amt was only $191. They split medical non covered by 50% and she is financially liable for the oldest. She does get a tax exemption every other year(which is one of the reasons why she started the crap in the first place. DH gets money out of her each month and splits the costs of all 3 the old plan he had to pay for everything for 2 out of the 3. I think she is really stupid.

We have decided if BM gets a wild hair up her ass again...which she will when the youngest is 14...2 years from now...we aren't paying thousands for an attorney again. The county that we have just changed the rules since BM filed in 08...now you have to settle in 90 days or go to court. Its been 13 months....guess who really won?? The attorneys.
