OMG I just got home from picking BS6 up from his after school program. Since it is the first non freezing day in weeks the kids were playing outside. We had to go in and get the rest of BS's stuff and when we were heading out there was a boy was a boy who had gotten away from the rest and was throwing huge chunks of snow at my car. I called out to him beause teachers back was to him ( she must not have seen him) and told him to stop throwing snow at my car. The difiant asshole picked up another basketball size chunk (probably contained ice too) and was going to throw that again.

Being a victim and using that as an excuse for bad behavior

Step asides blog got me thinking about this. There are people who just love being the victim and using it as an excuse to do unexceptable things. This shit just kills me. I absolutely refuse to feel sorry for these poeple. I am in the process of short selling our money pit of a house what should have been a 5 month process due to yet another screw up on the part of the bank what should have been a 5 month deal is going on 10 months. We made some bad decisions and wer part of what they refer to as a preditory loan.

Life insurance

I was recently diagnosed with MS last week. DH and I were talking in bed last night and I told him that if something were to happen to me that my life insurance ( about 500K) upon my death is to be used ONLY for the raising of our 6 year old that it is NOT to be used to send my skids to college or anything else of that nature. He seemed to feel this was offensive and told me that if I was dead that there was nothing I could do and that if I left the money to a third party he would not accept any of that money to support our child.
