For anyone who has been following my story, there is a CO in place and BM is not following. She has a contempt trial set for the end of the summer and SO hasn't seen SD since the beginning of January and could potentially not see her until after the summer because of the crappy court system.

It's been a while since I've posted. I've been on this whole kick of not trying to focus on the neagtive, but sometimes there's nothing you can do.

Even though BM showed up in Court and told the judge she understood she was expected to comply with the Court Order, she has flat out failed to do it. In fact, she has stopped taking SD to school if it falls during the CO'd visitation to be sure that SO can't get her! :jawdrop:

Proud of Myself - Just Doing Me

I am proud of myself today. Usually I am super helpful to SO and go out of my way to help him related to his kid. Somtimes I feel like he should be doing more and taking more responsibility for knowing information, etc.

Today, I have put my foot down and am actually doing my own thing instead of making SO's life easier and making my day longer. Rather than dealing with the 2.5-3 hr. drama of going to get SD, I am going to the spa. }:)

SO Has An Attorney! Can't Wait to See BM's Face! Ha!

We got SO an attorney. Thank Goddess. Seriously, I was getting nervous just because of how crazy BM is and the claims she is now making. I know she thinks that because she has her so-called attorney (who didn't come with her to Court :?) that she's in the clear. I really can't wait to see the look on her old, haggard face when SO walks in with me and his attorney. I'm just going to look at her and smile. }:)

So, BM is in big trouble. I didn't realize how very serious contempt is. Okay, I did, but still... }:) She arrived late. Very late, in fact. If only the court had been on time and calls SO's case first, she would have totally missed it and been screwed. }:)

To start with, the bailiff had to kick BM and her friend out for talking to loud. They came super late and then kept talking loud over and over. She was probably super mad I was there.

Court is this week. I am not looking forward to it. BM will show and is going to make all her allegations against SO.

She made a big deal out of sending me an email today to show she has an attorney or at least someone helping her. She's probably fvking an old man for legal advice, but that's besides the point. I already asked her NOT to communicate with me twice. This is the third time.

I almost wanted to remind her that she's messing with the wrong person in the leagl part, but I just left it alone. Another email to add to the evidence showing she's a loon. }:)

I am so sick of my SO treating me like his damn secretary when it comes to his child custody crap. I have been pretty quiet about what I do for a living, but suffice it to say I work in the legal industry and do a lot of what he needs done for a living.

That said, I don't think that gives SO an excuse to be completely ignorant about where his paperwork is, what things are, etc. and I'm getting sick and tired of being sick and tired of him always asking me for things that he should be able to find himself!
