I cannot tell you how relieved I am that ss20 is now at Job Corps a long ways away so he can't just get home b/c he has to take a plane and bus.

Today I cleaned house, went to a company c.mas party, went out with a friend c.mas gift shopping and latte, came home and wrapped gifts for my 3 here at home and our sgrandbaby!

Last night both ss16 and ss20 went out for the evening. Dh didn't communicate with us properly and we all (my sons and I) thought they went together to the Nutcracker. Well they went their seperate way after ss20 dropped ss16 off. Ss20 got home early and after he went out to bed bs18 locked the door b/c he thought both of them had returned together. Well ss16 got home after midnight pounded on the door and bs18 woke but didn't open it so it finally woke dh and he let ss16 in.

...but he is also in every sport, or at least in the practices, but seems to always get hurt just before their first game or as in this case his first meet. Yesterday ss16 got a concussion and so he cannot wrestle today, but at least he is going to be with his team. Dh took ss20 and they are going to be there too of course. It's a take down meet so they might be there for about 4 hours or so. I get an evening at home with JUST bs15! I am so excited. Bs18 is going with Grandma to his welding orientation at the college.

Just got back from our T-day holiday across the state. Only nice thing about ss20 still being here is that he and ss16 drove together is the vehicle their mom gave ss20. So it was just DH, bs18 and me in the car and it was NIIIICCEE!!!! They also stayed at BM's parents who live in that same town and so even NIIIIICCCEEERRR!! Only had to see them at the family T-day meal and then the next day for about 3 hours for a combined birthday party for DH and sgs1. It was such a quiet vacay! This was a nice as it gets, at least for now while the skids are still living with us! LOVED it!
