How to file a motion if you don't have address?
BM is getting ready to move out of state about 800 miles away. She won't agree to a schedule of keeping the kids for spring break and the summer because she refuses any schedule that involves her paying child support. My FH plans to file a motion as soon as she leaves, but he's pretty sure she won't even tell him when she's leaving and she'll most likely refuse to give him her address.

Irritated EVERY morning
I take my DF's children to school every morning. SS7 always says goodbye and SD11 says it occasionally and it's usually extremely low and half a grunt. This morning I drop them off as usual and of course, SS7 says Bye loud and clear and SD11 says absolutely nothing.

Mediation outcome
So today was the day that DF and BM went to mediation to discuss a schedule now that BM wants to move 8 hours away from the kids. After numerous lies told by BM and the obvious bias that the mediator had for MOTHERS even though DF is the one that is the primary, they finally came to an agreement where BM would come get them once a month when they have extended weekends from school, spring break, and the summer. After the mediator typed up the agreement and came back, my DF asked if she could handle the child support part or would he need to file a motion.

Do your skids/kids constantly hound you about Xmas?
When I was growing up, my parents asked me what I wanted, I made a list and that was it. There were presents under the tree and I was excited for Xmas. I didn't crawl under the tree and examine every gift or count who had more gifts, etc.

Should you take CS if you don't need it?
Our BM believes that my DF does not "NEED" her CS. She is planning to move hundreds of miles away and DF will basically have them full-time. She does not believe she should pay CS because he doesn't "need" it. I guess since he was able to take care of them while she ducked and dodged CS and quit jobs when they caught up with her, makes her think he doesn't "need" it.
So my question is, if you have two parents and one is doing a lot better than the other, should the person who is not doing so well pay CS if the court orders it based on the amount of time with the kids?

How embarassing - XW thought she would be his only wife.
:?
I recently got engaged and my DF called his XW to tell her after he told the kids. At the time she congratulated him and asked if he told the kids and she wanted to know what they said. That was the end of the call. We were really happy because family members predicted that she would be upset.
Can't make Xmas plans
My parents and sister live 3 hours away from my home that I share with my fiance and his two children. I would like to be able to open gifts with both families, but due to BM's flakiness, I have no idea if I can make it happen. You can never plan anything with her because she "forgets" if you tell her too far in advance. We have no idea if she is going to pick up the kids on Xmas or not. We could plan to leave for my parents' in the afternoon and she very well may never show up. It's so frustrating!!
