Unbelievable
I am getting sick of the "good luck" SD has. It seems that her entire life she has gotten what she wanted....from dad, BM, grandparents, friends, teachers, etc......before it's all over she will have this baby turn into something postive for her.
Her getting her way has ruined my relationship with her father. EX: she does something cruel to me. DH punishes her by taking her car. She screams and cries and gets it back the same day.
She steals her mom's credit card. Gets caught. BM takes the blame for leaving it where she could find it (a drawer in BM's bedroom). No punishment again.
Now she throws fit to get "the" prom dress she wants. Forget that she is 3 and a half months pregnant. It's a low cut - cut up to their gown that shows off her assets (and her stomach). BM and SD bugged the DH until he gave in and gave her the money (all behind my back).
I think I now understand the "sweet" nature she has been displaying lately. I am furious. But now too late. Dress is bought and it's not returnable.
She had borrowed a dress from a friend -- guess that was all part of the ruse - for my sake.

Yeah - well two can play. I just booked a trip to see my son in Alabama the same weekend as prom. Oops - sorry I can't be there to help you. BM works weekends.
Sounds like that girl is
Sounds like that girl is going to have problems when reality hits... I kinda feel sorry for her because no one is gonna want to baby her forever... And when that happens she isn't going to know what to do.
Life isn't about the days you have, its about what you do with the days you have.
I kind of feel sorry for her
I kind of feel sorry for her too. Hopefully, the baby will make her grow up.
Ditto. Life is not going to
Ditto. Life is not going to be as giving as her parents have been. It's going to be very hard for her when she realizes this and has a child that she (hopefully) has put ahead of her own selfish desires...
